Before you become a registered user of Motestshe and use the services provided by Motestshe, please carefully read this User Agreement (especially the contents in bold and/or underlined). I. The Subjects and Scope of the User Agreement

1. Agreement subjects

“User” : Refers to a user of this platform with full capacity for civil conduct (creator, sharer, model user), and is also referred to as “you” in this agreement. “Account” : Refers to the user identity recognition information registered by the user for the use of this platform and related services. Please note that if you choose not to register an account on this platform, you can use some of the functions of this platform’s services as a visitor.

2. Scope of the agreement

This User Agreement is the main service agreement between Moce and you. As Moce provides you with a variety of services, we have formulated specific service agreements for each service for all parties to abide by. You can review such service agreements on the service agreement page or when activating the relevant services. They constitute supplementary agreements between you and Moce. The supplementary agreement is inseparable from this User Agreement and has the same legal effect. The “Legal Statement”, “Trademark Statement”, “Information Release Rules” and other agreements, statements or rules published on this platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform Rules”) are an integral part of this agreement. By accepting this agreement, you are also deemed to have accepted all the terms of the Platform Rules and be bound by them.

Ii. Account Registration and Usage

Account registration

If you apply for registration, you should truthfully fill in your age. You must be at least 16 years old on the date of registration. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should, under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the consent of your guardian, carefully read and agree to this agreement before using the relevant services of the Model Test Society. If you have not obtained the consent of your guardian, the guardian may notify Motest Society to handle the relevant account by contacting the customer service contact information published in this agreement. Motest Society b has the right to restrict the functions and usage of the relevant account.

(2) To better enjoy the services of the Model Test Society’s online information release platform, users should abide by the requirements of the Model Test Society’s registration mechanism and provide the Model Test Society with legal, true, valid and complete registration information (including but not limited to You promise that all the information and supporting materials submitted will be true, legal and valid, and will not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including the business license or the approval document for establishment issued by the relevant department, the ID information of the legal representative, the information of the corporate account, the ID information of the handling personnel/authorized personnel, job or position information, power of attorney, authorization letter, etc. If there are any changes, you should update in a timely manner. If the relevant information and supporting materials you provide are illegal, untrue, inaccurate or not updated in a timely manner, it may bring you adverse consequences or related legal responsibilities.

(4) If you are a visitor, you may browse this platform and use some of its functions without registering an account.

2. Account usage

(1) You acknowledge and agree that when you complete the registration on this platform, this platform will generate a platform account for you. The ownership of the account belongs to Model Test Society. You will obtain the right to use the account, which is non-transferable and can only be used for the purpose of personal search for model resources and for creators to post model resources. Please note that when you use your account, be sure to read carefully the various rules of the corresponding service. Use the corresponding service only after confirming your full understanding and agreement.

(2) For the sake of the security of model resources and to protect the rights and interests of the majority of users, if users have complaints, reports, doubts from regulatory authorities or exposure by the public media during the period of using our services, Model Test Society reserves the right to review the users based on the aforementioned circumstances and require them to provide corresponding proof materials to explain the legality and necessity of their own actions. The user should cooperate. If the user refuses to cooperate, fails to provide or fails to pass the review, the Model Test Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to the user depending on the circumstances.

(3) Based on considerations such as risk control strategies and model resource security, in order to better fulfill our verification and update obligations, we reserve the right to review the authenticity, legality and validity of the enterprise or authorization information you provide on a regular or irregular basis. At the same time, we may request you to provide additional materials (relevant requirements will be notified by email, in-site message or customer service, etc.) The materials involved include but are not limited to: enterprise qualification certificates, authorization letters, commitment letters, instructions, etc. During the review period, we may take measures such as restricting users from using some or all of the services. Users should cooperate with our review. If users refuse to cooperate, fail to provide or fail to pass the review, Model Test Society reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to such users depending on the circumstances. If it is confirmed that a user has violated this agreement, platform rules or engaged in illegal or non-compliant behavior, Motestshe reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and stop providing services. Motestshe also reserves the right to demand that the user bear the legal consequences arising therefrom or resulting therefrom.

(4) If there is evidence to prove or if the Model Test Society has reason to believe that you have violated the terms of this agreement, platform rules or relevant laws and regulations, the Model Test Society may, without issuing a warning, take measures such as restricting account functions, suspending usage, closing the account, prohibiting re-registration or other reasonable measures on the relevant account. If the Model Test Society deems it necessary, We may impose certain restrictions on your associated accounts. Repeat offenders will be immediately subject to suspension or cessation of use. If your violation of the terms of this agreement, the platform rules or relevant laws and regulations causes losses to Motest Society and related parties, you shall also bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

3. Account security regulations

(1) You should choose a password that is highly confidential and secure, and manage your username, login password, payment password (if any), and verification code properly. You are responsible for all the behavioral outcomes under your account (including but not limited to Posting model information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information, etc.).

(2) We suggest that you try not to use the same password as your Moteeshe account in third-party applications. Please do not easily believe online information asking for passwords or property. Do not provide the above information to any third party for use. Do not engage in any behavior that may pose a risk of leakage of your account name and password. When you discover any improper use of your account or any other situation that may endanger your account security, please contact us immediately. Model Test Society will actively assist you in handling the matter. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for the Model Test Society to take action on any of your requests, and the actions taken by the Model Test Society in response to your request may not be able to prevent or stop the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement. Except for the legal fault of the Model Test Society, the Model Test Society cannot be held responsible for the above-mentioned infringement and its consequences.

If you fail to properly keep your account password, resulting in any loss or damage, you should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative or other relief channels, or bear the responsibility yourself.

4. Account cancellation

You need to follow the cancellation process and operation guidelines provided by the official channels of Model Test Society and perform the cancellation operation on the relevant function Settings page. Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the following terms in the agreement:

Once this account is cancelled, it cannot be restored.

(2) During the period of account cancellation, if your account is involved in disputes or controversies, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, or investigations by state authorities, Model Test Society reserves the right to suspend and terminate the cancellation operation of this account.

(3) After canceling this account, you will no longer be able to use it, nor will you be able to retrieve any content or information in your account or related to it, including but not limited to

a) You will not be able to log in or use this account to make deliveries.

b) The personal information and historical data of this account (including but not limited to the username, profile picture, purchase orders, etc.) will not be recoverable.

c) The value-added services, Worry-free Academy courses, etc. that you have purchased and have not expired are regarded as your voluntary abandonment and will no longer be usable. You understand and agree that after cancellation, the platform will not be able to help you restore the above services.

(4) The cancellation of this account does not mean that the actions and related responsibilities before the cancellation of this account are exempted or mitigated.

Iii. Service Description

Model service

(1) Users can complete the relevant information of the MT model through modules such as forums.

(2) When users purchase the model with points, they should truthfully provide their real information and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and other relevant provisions. If the aforementioned information is untrue or the behavior violates laws and regulations, the user shall bear the corresponding adverse consequences on their own. Therefore, if losses are caused to the model testing Society or a third party, the corresponding liability for compensation shall also be borne.

(3) Users can post comments. Users can interact and comment on the services provided by Motest (including but not limited to sections, Tieba, purchasing resources with points, sharing, etc.). 3. Creative services

(1) Users should provide relevant model materials in accordance with the requirements of the model test and pass the model test review before Posting information or engaging in sharing activities.

(2) Users can independently publish model-related information at the designated locations on the platform.

(3) Users should ensure that the model resource information they post is true, legal and valid. The information posted by users shall not contain any other content except for the necessary information required for model sharing, including but not limited to illegal and non-compliant content, content that violates public order and good morals, content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, and the promotion and sale of their own products or services. If the user’s information is false or in violation of regulations, causing losses to the candidate, the model or a third party, the user shall also bear the corresponding liability for compensation. Those involved in illegal activities or constituting criminal offenses shall bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with laws and regulations.

(4) When deemed necessary, the model test has the right to review and guide the information posted by users, and has the right to request users to provide explanations, corrections or clarifications.

(5) The information posted by users must not involve any content that violates relevant laws and regulations, this agreement or the platform rules.

4. Payment services

Before you purchase any of our paid services, we will give a clear prompt on the relevant page. If you refuse to pay such fees, you will not be able to use the relevant services. The paid services will be subject to separate service terms stipulated on the basis of this agreement to regulate the content of the paid business and the rights and obligations of both parties. If a user purchases the paid services, it shall be deemed as acceptance of the relevant terms.

5. User’s usage obligations

(1) The mock testing service can only be used for legal purposes, namely sharing mock testing resources. Mock testing is explicitly prohibited from any other uses. Users are prohibited from using the products/services of this platform to engage in activities beyond the aforementioned purposes, in violation of laws and regulations, or that harm the legitimate rights and interests of other users or models.

(2) Users are prohibited from creating, copying, sending, publishing or disseminating any content that violates relevant laws and regulations such as the “Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services” and the “Regulations on the Governance of Network Information Content Ecosystem” through this platform, including but not limited to:

Those who oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;

Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

Damaging the honor and interests of the state;

Distorting, defaming, desecrating or denying the deeds and spirit of heroic martyrs, and infringing upon their names, portraits, reputations or honors by insulting, defaming or other means;

Promoting terrorism or extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;

Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;

Those who undermine the state’s religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;

Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

Spreading pornography, obscenity, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crime;

Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;

Infringing upon others’ legitimate rights and interests such as portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, and personal information;

Containing other content prohibited by other laws and administrative regulations.

(3) Users are prohibited from creating, copying, sending, publishing or disseminating the following content through this platform, including but not limited to

Any promotional, product advertising or service information or meaningless content that is not related to the model information;

Other content that violates laws and regulations, this agreement or the platform rules;

(4) Users are prohibited from using this website to engage in any other activities that violate laws and regulations, this agreement or the platform rules

6. Users’ safety obligations

During your use of the services on this website, we will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security and stable operation of the network as much as possible, and prevent online criminal activities. At the same time, you should abide by relevant laws and regulations and should not engage in any behavior that violates the provisions of laws and regulations or affects the security of the website, including but not limited to

(1) Activities that violate network security regulations and endanger the security of computer information networks: such as destroying or attempting to destroy network security protection measures, cracking, destroying, deleting, modifying or adding network services and related software and hardware facilities; Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored or transmitted in computer information networks, including interfering with services to users and networks through means such as overloading, “mail bombs” or “destruction”; Using software or hardware and other means to steal others’ passwords, illegally invade others’ computer systems, including accessing unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers, accounts, email addresses or allowing third parties to access data or other information published, transmitted or disseminated by this website without the consent of this website; Intentionally creating and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses; Other activities that endanger the security of computer information networks;

Iv. Breach of Contract Handling

If there is evidence to prove or if the mock test has reason to believe that the user’s behavior during the account usage process violates relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of this agreement or the platform rules, the mock test may immediately take one or more of the following measures: take the relevant information offline, delete it or require rectification; Immediately cease service provision; Ban user accounts; The paid fees will not be refunded. Demand that the user compensate for all losses suffered by the model test as a result; Pursue the corresponding legal action against this user

If a user violates the registration requirements for the mock test, including but not limited to: the user fails to register or the information provided is illegal, untrue, inaccurate or not updated in a timely manner; If a user intentionally provides false identity information for registration or violates other relevant laws and regulations, this agreement or platform rules, etc., Motest reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the use of the user’s account and stop providing related services. If losses are caused to the model test and related parties, the relevant users shall also bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
